Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

The clinically proven Cobalt Premium Care pressure reducing mattress has been developed using the very latest combustion modified ether foam technology (CME). This best in range, high-quality product features a castellated foam surface, which sits on a sturdy “U shaped” foam base.
Ideal for patients at high to very high risk of developing pressure ulcers and suitable for use in hospital, home and care home environments.

- Premium ‘skin kind’ mattress cover: Infection control – The water-resistant, multi-stretch, breathable cover has welded seams and an antimicrobial coating, ensuring a robust defense against water ingress, whilst promoting effective infection control. All mattress covers include non-slip bases as standard.
- Castellated zones: Effective weight distribution – The castellated zones are smaller at the head and foot ends, and larger in the center to maximize pressure redistribution in the most vulnerable areas.
- Castellated patterns: Enhanced temperature control – The channels cut into the foam to ensure maximum airflow around the patient. This support temperature control and aims to improve patient comfort and ability to sleep.
