Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

The AreaCare Pressure Surface Mattress is a three-layer, multi-density foam pressure surface with a Memory foam top layer for optimal pressure redistribution ideal for low to medium-risk patients.

- Waterfall Skirt: Features a waterfall skirt that protects against moisture ingress at the foot end of the mattress.
- Memory Foam Layers: The mattress features a high-density memory foam upper layer for added comfort and a medium-density foam core base for support.
- Optimal Pressure Redistribution: With a memory foam top layer, it optimizes pressure redistribution, enhancing user comfort and reducing pressure-related issues.
- Waterproof Cover: The double-strength multi-stretch waterproof cover not only protects against moisture but also minimizes the potential for shear injuries.
- Enhanced Infection Control: Seams are meticulously stitched, welded, and taped to maximize infection control, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Convenient Foot-End Zipper: A foot-end zipper with a waterfall skirt makes it easy to remove and clean the cover.
