Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

The Vicair Adjuster O2 Wheelchair Cushion has been designed to assist and help with asymmetric body contours and amputations. Its unique 5 individual compartment design contours under loading with each compartment specifically influencing an area of the pelvis, striking a unique balance between preserving skin and underlying tissue at the ischial, coccyx and trochanters, positioning the pelvis and supporting the femurs. Each individual compartment being easily adjusted to suit the users requirements and preventing the user from sliding forward.
The Vicair Adjuster O2 Wheelchair Cushion is 100% machine washable as well as being completely breathable for optimal hygiene, perfect temperature control and moisture regulation, resulting in optimal protection against skin breakdown. The Vicair Adjuster O2 has a max user weight of 250kg, weighs roughly 725grams (dependent on size) and is available in a standard range of sizing as well as on request custom sizing.
